Hi Again!~

So yes, i have have said in my former POST ...

Gerrys Grill's second branch is in Orchard, Singapore!!

And here are some pictures during the grand opening held January 25 *coughmybirthdaycough*

So after visiting the Dinosaur Live, in Singapore's science center, we headed down to orchard to celebrate the grand opening of Gerry's. Lot's of people came as well to join the fun! And of course the food was GREAT! Many of the local Pinoys that came as well, were happy to devour the free buffet and savor our country's best Filipino Restaurant!  I've taken a few snapshots of this event and even the menu for those who'd like to visit and dine in here :D

Pinoy Cravings?

If you’re a Filipino living in Singapore, you just have to read this!

So as you know im currently staying in Singapore, and just like most (if not all) Pinoys…I love food! However in Singapore, Filipino delicacies aren’t that easy to find L Most of the time, when u want to have a taste of sinigang and the like, you’d either cook one yourself, or head down to Lucky Plaza (a.k.a. the Pinoy Mall xD) but lets face it, it doesn’t always satisfy your hunger for the dishes we grew up with…

BUT! Not to worry as I bring good news!

GERRY’S GRILL IS HERE…AGAIN!

YES YOU READ IT RIGHT! Gerry Grill just opened their SECOND branch here in Singapore! YAY! :D

The newly opened branch just had their grand opening last January 25, *coughduringmybirthdaycough* and is located in the ever popular ORCHARD! Walking distance away from Somerset MRT, and in Cuppage Road, you are just this close away from, tasting one of the Philippine’s BEST traditional food!

All the food and items there are at very very reasonable prices and are good for sharing! 

So if your craving for that flavorful Sinigang with just the right ‘asim’, or the sizzling Sisig, or the tasty kare-kare, or even the perfectly grilled ‘pusit’  you know exactly where to go! So get your ‘kapamilya’ and all your ’kabarkada’ and head over to Gerry’s! because just as the tagline says “You’d still rather be at Gerry’s!”

Baguio Trip~

Weee another entry about my Chrismas break~ >w<

Well after Christmas day we packed our bags and headed off to a nice mountain province, aka BAGUIO!~ where else to enjoy the cold weather of the holidays then on a cold cold mountain! xD We left the house about 3 or 4am and i slept most of the way going there..okkk maybe i slept all the way =w="

so when we arrived first thing we did was eat of course xD ended up in Pancake House~<3 i got waffles and (really expensive) strips of bacon.

Great thing to do in singapore is to go.... HORSEBACK RIDING! 8D weee~ me and my brothers each got a horse and galloped about in this hill/small mountain thingy OwO it was realllyyy awesomeeeee! and i totally recommend that you to try it! its in Camp john hay, the horses there are well fedand groomed :3 so u can tell they really take care of them~ <3

in case you visit go there, ride my horse, number 54, and dont forget to feed it a carrot when ur done OuO He likes it!

On my 3rd day for riding Zartana though, we kinda got into a fall, not a bad one, but a omg-i-almost-fell-down-a-cliff-and-could-have-died kind of fall :|, well yeah...im still alive though =w= or i dont know i would be typing this :)) anyways yeah Zartana tripped or slid against a slippery rock, as we were galloping beside this pathway near the cliff, and i fell off, and he fell on top of me...while just as that happened some construction people acrros the cliff area got shocked...then laughed at me >3>..anyways yeah, so its good i didnt land on my head, and fell on my side, [my mind was more focused on not falling near the back of the horse, or i could have gotten kicked in the face O_O ..that wouldnt end well.]. But as Zartana was standing up, he ended up kicking my right thigh leaving me this bruise.... [open if ju dareee].

and you MUST try the strawberry taho OuO it ish of love~ and i suggest you buy it in the morning in the strawberry field area~ because it is newly made and still hot <3 (dont trust the other vendors they lieeee D8) and here ish me with the yummy taho~

In baguio animal hat are really popular for some reason xDD so aside from the grey bear hat i brought, i was about to buy this really cute wolfie hat~ OuO though i wasnt bale to take a pic with it, cuz it got dirty when i fell down the horse =w="

Oh imma talk about how I spent my Christmas! OuO

My mom said that the fish lady gave 3kg of OYSTERS FOR FREE just for me!!! <3 <3 <3 *drools*

I was so happy!!! Weeee~~~ <3 and I must tell you.. IT WAS DELISIOUS! \8’D/

After that ,we also went out to buy an X-mas outfit, so we went to the mall. My older brother got this really nice black polo 8D and I picked out this red & black dress OuO and it was just the last piece! Yay me!  I even matched it with my lovely red platform boots <3 (im sorry i forgot to take a solo pic of it D:)

Anyways here are the gifts i gave to my friends!~ >w< i just love how i pretty-ly wrapped them nya~ what do juu guys think? :3 Its sad though i wasnt able to personally give it to everyone T^T* sob*

After dressing up and trying to look pretty..We had our relatives come over and partied a bit played some games, and of course EAT! :D Oh here’s some pics of our dinner feast we had for the night!~ <3

The best part of the dinner was the “Termidor Cheese Stuffed Shrimps” that we only to get to eat as a tradition every Christmas eve >w< we like had to wait for 2 hours for it this year because of some dely…but it was worth it since, everyone filled up with other food, when the lovely shrimps came, they were too full to eat a lot 8D…im a jerk, but yes MORE FOR ME!!! 8’D /bricked

Anyways, after opening some presents, we headed off to our cousins house to meet up with our other relatives!~

Spend some time talking, and a little more eating, and some more gift giving, it was a really fun night :3

My name is Momo Santos, and im an 18 year old Filipino~! \:D/

..though im currently staying in Singapore. I am taking up 3D animation, focusing on VFX :D.  I have an interest in drawing (mosty chibis) and cosplaying (so you might find some pictures and doodles scattered around here eventually..) and I have a dream of becoming a POKEMON MASTER!!! 8D… Ok ok so maybe not :))) but I do love Pokemon! especially the first gen!!

ok….so maybe im not a very good trainer =w=….but I still love my Pokemon even if they don’t love me backkkk!! Charmander was my very first~ TTwTT…oh and FYI my Pokemon Red version an Gameboy colored is still alive, so yay for me \8D/

..anyways so back to my introduction xD …where was i…oh yeah, I do cosplaying :D I may not a be a hard core one (I DENY WHAT EVERYONE ELSE SAYS!) but I do love and enjoy doing it very much~ >w< oh and currently I have this obsession with wigs *hides and locks them all in my closest* @u@”  I havent even got to try all of them yet, and here I am ordering another shipment of about 15 more x’D oh my poor poor wallet…

Ok getting back into topic, I love animals~ *squeee* OuO top of the list goes to kitties nya~ <3 and sometimes my friends even consider me part cat xD one even jokingly accused me of hiding paws inside my boots xDDD though wouldn’t it be cool to have paws as feet, cute twitching neko ears and a long fluffy tail? OuO nyaaa~~<3
